Tart Apel Berbumbu Mini Dengan Cokelat

Bahan:
Dasar adonan roti:
1 1/4 cangkir tepung serbaguna
7 sdm potong dadu tawar (pastikan SANGAT dingin) ** Atau pengganti mentega vegan
6-8 sdm air DINGIN
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
Isian Apel Berbumbu:
4 apel hijau- kupas dan potong dadu kecil
2/3 cangkir gula merah tua yang dikemas dengan kuat
2 sdm tepung serbaguna
1 sdt ekstrak vanili
sedikit garam
1 sdt bubuk kayu manis
1/4 sdt pala segar parut (segar jauh lebih enak!)
1 sdt jus lemon
1 sdm kulit jeruk segar
sejumput bubuk cengkeh
Rasa Kue PAM
Gerimis Cokelat:
3-4 kotak cokelat pahit (saya menggunakan Ghiradelli)
2-3 sdm setengah & setengah (saya menggunakan Land-o-Lakes bebas lemak) ** Atau susu kedelai vegan
2-3 sdm air hangat
Metode:
Untuk Adonan Pie:
1. Dalam food processor tambahkan tepung terigu, garam dan gula pasir dan nadi sampai rata. Tambahkan mentega potong dadu dan aduk sampai potongan mentega berukuran kecil. Sambil berdenyut, giring perlahan di air dingin. Tambahkan air secukupnya hingga adonan menjadi gumpalan kasar.

1. Panaskan coklat dalam mangkuk tahan microwave selama sekitar 45 detik. Tuang susu dan 1 sdm air. Panaskan selama 30-40 detik lagi. Aduk dan jika tidak meleleh, tambahkan satu sendok makan air panas dan panaskan selama 30 detik. Aduk hingga halus dan berkilau. Anda ingin konsistensinya agak encer sehingga Anda bisa membuat tart menjadi gerimis.
2. Dengan menggunakan kocokan atau sendok kecil (saya menggunakan sendok) gerimis tart dengan gerakan maju mundur cepat sampai bagian atasnya tertutup. Dinginkan sampai coklat mengeras.
